Love Stefano's!! We used to live in Carthage and drive back from Cape Vincent just to eat here! Everything is delicious, but you absolutely have to have garlic knots! Tonight we stopped on our way back from Water Safari. What a fantastic end to a great day!
I had the wings and small pizza...my eyes were definitely too big for my stomach. I devoured the wings before I left and ate two slices on the way home. The food was too delicious to let sit in the passenger seat and not touch. I will definitely be visiting again.

Food taste good. Delivery not so great. Ordered food and when it was delivered it was completely wrong. I talked to a manger who rudely asked “what do you want me to do? They resent the order but when I got the food it was less food then I initially received and they took back the messed up order.... food good service sucks
I've had allot of pizza, and Stefano's is the best in Jefferson county by far. The Italian menu is also top notch. I've had people in other states tell me the most memorable part of their Ft. Drum stay was Stefano's.
