Awful nursing home. Rarely took actual care of their patients and let my grandfather die by drowning in his own Phlegm.

The care and attention my mother has received at Carthage Center has been excellent. From wonderful physical and speech therapy to delicious food, the residents are well taken care of. Smiling, helpful staff help residents and their families whenever they can. Can't say enough good about this place.
