I love coming here in the early mornings before work when it's nice and quiet. They've got all the equipment I need and since there aren't a ton of people I can get in and out when I need to. The staff here is awesome.
The amount of things to do here are endless. There are so many different types of classes available that you will never be bored and want to try them all! They usually draw in quite a good amount of people so its definitely fun and a good place to make friends.
This is such a great location, I truly enjoy the layout as well as how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is. I will continue go here to workout and bring my kids here as well.
I absolutely love going to the health facility. The staff is unbelievable friendly and professional whenever I have went in. My kids love going here as well, so it is great for the whole family!
I think the Y is a great gym. Its a great place to get your sweat on! The staff is friendly and helpful and the equipment is new and in good shape. Only suggestion I would make is extended hours so I can stay longer at night.
